Things to know
Location
We are located at 107A Wayne St Columbia. We are across from Autotrim and above Dunavants.
Donation Times
We accept donations Tuesday through Friday 10:00 to 4:00 and Saturday 10:00 to 1:00. Donations are accepted in the back of the building off Penny Ave.
Shopping Times
Common Threads is open for shopping Tuesday through Friday 10:00-5:00 and Saturday 10:00-2:00.
Volunteer
We love to have volunteers! We need folks to sort and price all the donations we receive!
Our Story
In 2016, The Family Center expanded it's mission to offer a thrift store where the community could donate items and others could purchase them. We started out in a 2,500 square foot building on Hatcher Lane and have since grown into a 12,000 square foot building where we can accept more donations and serve more individuals. Every donation received helps a family in need.

Donations
We love to receive your donations! We take almost everything, please make sure they are clean and in working condition
Furniture
We can accept all types of furniture, big or small. The only items we cannot accept are mattresses and hospital beds
Clothing and shoes
We will take all new or gently used clean clothing. In season or out of season
Household items
Pictures, frames, dishes, decorations, holiday items, books, toys, lamps and electronics. We take it all except old "bubble back" Tv's.
